today, all i can say is that i'm disappointed.
disappointed in my cadets
disappointed in their behaviour
disappointed in the number of new sec 1s
disappointed at how they wear their uniform
disappointed in how others view us
disappointed in myself.

however, i could at least see some passion.
that look in their eyes that i can't forget.
we'll be letting go soon,
will they make us proud?
will they uphold our unit's name?
will they uphold the meaning behind the emblem?
will they have more respect for us?
will they learn?
will they be independent?
and the most important, will they show the
rest our strength? our unity?

cadets, you all are my pride, glory, and joy.
we(ncos) have groomed you into who you
are today. please don't let us down. we have
trained you so hard, and our efforts are
paying off, bit by bit. your bangings are
improving. you bang as one!

our past footdrill motto was
'one soft united bang is better than one loud machine gun bang'

now our motto can be changed, cause
we have done better. i'm proud of you
for that! we will win 2nd runner up in FDC.
